Meet The Remodeling The South Team
Michelle and Victor met on a job site many years ago and quickly discovered that their work styles and values were perfectly aligned. With a shared commitment to detail, quality craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, they’ve built a reputation for thoughtful, tailored remodeling solutions. Their ability to problem solve, adapt, and work in harmony has been key to bringing clients' visions to life - always with respect for both the home and the people in it.

Licensed General Contractor / Owner
Michelle brings a keen eye for design and a commitment to doing things the right way - never cutting corners and always keeping her clients’ best interests at heart. She has a natural ability to walk into a space and envision how it can best serve a family’s needs, often before those needs are even realized. Her focus is on creating thoughtful, functional, and beautiful spaces while ensuring the remodeling process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Known as a down-to-earth perfectionist with a warm, approachable style, she brings both professionalism and positive energy to the construction experience.

A local East Cobb mom of three, Michelle was born and raised in Marietta and graduated from the University of Georgia. She is passionate about caring for the environment, shown through her efforts to recycle as much as possible both at home and on the jobsite. She also has a soft spot for animals in need, having fostered dogs for many years.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys audiobooks, puzzles, walking outdoors, and spending time with loved ones. While walking, you’ll often find her admiring old trees - their knots, hollows, and whimsical curves. That same eye for character carries into her remodeling work, where she looks beyond the surface to uncover the unique beauty and potential in every home.
Owner / Operations Manager
Victor offers diverse residential and multifamily remodeling services, from demolition and framing to drywall, painting, and beyond. With expertise in high-end custom cabinetry, coffered ceilings, wainscoting, decorative accent walls, and stacked moldings, his goal is always to deliver exceptional craftsmanship that elevates every space. He takes pride in leading skilled tradesmen and ensuring the highest quality results, while his bilingual skills make communication seamless. Known for his sense of humor, passion for quality, and love of new power tools, Victor brings both expertise and energy to every project.

Outside of work, Victor is a proud dad of three daughters who keep him on his toes. He’s passionate about soccer - cheering on Atlanta United whenever he can - along with trail biking, walking his dog Luca, and all things cars. With a curious spirit, he’s always eager to learn more and bring fresh ideas to both his craft and daily life.

Kyle Prinzbach
Hooked on This Old House as a kid, Kyle developed an interest in residential construction at an early age. Spending summers as a teen working for an Atlanta area custom home builder, Kyle was exposed to high-quailty craftsmanship early in his career - something that would shape his dedication to quality and craftsmanship.
Over his 14-year career, Kyle has done everything from hands-on handyman work and remodeling project management to leading a national team of estimators and overseeing operations for repair execution across a nationwide real estate portfolio. He’s passionate about building science, durable construction methods, and the latest advancements in materials and techniques. Kyle believes in doing things the right way, never cutting corners, and his eye for quality and long-term value makes him a trusted part of our team.

Amanda Seckinger
Amanda brings a wealth of experience in client relations and office management to the team, paired with a genuine passion for helping others. For the past two years, she’s been the warm, organized, and dependable voice behind our day-to-day operations. From scheduling consultations to guiding clients through the remodeling process, Amanda ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Amanda is a proud mom to two energetic boys . She values connection, kindness, and authenticity, and is always ready to lend a helping hand - whether it’s in the office or out in the community. Her approachable nature and commitment to excellent service make her an invaluable part of our team.

Gentry Yare
Since 2018, Gentry has worked across multiple areas of marketing - from communications and content creation to photography, graphic design, and branding. She’s passionate about crafting beautiful, intentional work that highlights the most authentic side of a business. Whether she’s behind a camera or at a keyboard, Gentry loves telling the full story - capturing the heart, the process, and the people behind the work.

After becoming a mom to two young children, Gentry made the decision to leave her traditional office job in search of a better fit for her family. She found exactly that at Remodeling The South, where the team-based model allows her to contribute creatively while balancing the demands of motherhood. It’s one of the many reasons she loves being part of this company - along with the shared values, supportive culture, and meaningful work. Gentry has a natural eye for design and a deep love for her community. Her creative perspective and heartfelt approach add a unique layer to the Remodeling The South team, helping every project - and story - shine in their true light.
