Michelle and Victor met on a jobsite many years ago and quickly realized their work ethic was in sync. Michelle Philabaum
Michelle offers extensive expertise in residential construction oversight, managing complex projects from concepts and bids through completion. She will coordinate with county and city inspectors to ensure alignment with building codes, as well as manage purchasing of all materials. She will coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors while communicating regularly with each customer to provide project status updates and remediate any issues that arise.
With a background in personal organizing and management, Michelle gets excited about opportunities to optimize your living space in various ways. Her hidden talent is her ability to walk into a room and re-envision the space immediately. She is great at adjusting the design to fit the ever-changing needs of your family. People who know her would say Michelle is a down-to-earth perfectionist with a bubbly personality, merging professionalism with fun to offer a fresh perspective to the remodel experience.
Victor Joven
Victor offers diverse residential and multifamily remodeling services, including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and much more. With expertise in high-end custom cabinetry and built-ins, coffered ceilings, wainscotting, decorative accent walls, and stacked moldings, his goal is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship to beautify your space.
